Three steps to bid.

Our auctions are open to registered outside bidders. No membership, no commitment — just a refundable deposit and a willingness to compete with members on released flights.

STEP 01

Register for free

Open a bidder account in 60 seconds. Identity verification, basic KYC, and you're in. Free to view all empty legs in the system — both upcoming inventory and active auctions.

STEP 02

Fund a deposit

Deposit $10,000 minimum to qualify for bidding. Your max bid on any single flight is your deposit ÷ 1.176 (covers the 15% buyer's premium and estimated taxes). Unused funds withdraw any time.

STEP 03

Bid on released flights

When a member releases a leg, it enters Dutch auction. Set an auto-claim price or watch and click. First click at the current price wins the entire aircraft. Premium, taxes, and fees deducted from your deposit.

02 / The win bonus

Win an auction.
Get 3 months free.

Every bidder who wins an auction earns 25% off their first year of any membership tier — redeemable any time within 12 months of the win.

That means a Citation tier membership goes from $239 to $179, or Legacy tier from $699 to $524. The math gets very interesting once you've won an auction or two: at that point, paying $179 a year to fly nearly free starts looking obvious.

You don't have to take the offer. We just want it sitting on the table when you start doing the math.

03 / What you see

See all the inventory.

Bidders see every empty leg in the system — the same view members get. You can watch upcoming inventory get claimed and released in real time. You can't bid on a leg until a member releases it, but you can absolutely see what's flying.

The transparency cuts both ways: it gives you data on which routes auction frequently, and it makes the membership math visible. If you watch enough flights get claimed by members for $182 in taxes, the conversion offer starts feeling more interesting.

04 / Common questions

For bidders.

Why do members get first access?
Members fund the platform. Their annual subscriptions cover the technology, the ops team, and keep the auction infrastructure running. In exchange, they get the first crack at every leg — for the cost of taxes only. Bidders enter the picture when a member releases a leg they can't fly. Without the membership economics, there's no platform.
How does the deposit math work?
Your max bid on any single flight equals your deposit ÷ 1.176. A $10,000 deposit gives you up to $8,500 in bidding power; the remaining $1,500 is reserved for the 15% buyer's premium plus estimated FET and segment fees. If you win, the actual costs are deducted and any unused balance stays available for future bids. Withdraw anytime.
Can I bid on multiple flights at once?
Yes — up to your available balance. If you have $10,000 deposited, you can have multiple active auto-bids running simultaneously, but the system reserves the full bid + premium amount for each. Win one and your balance adjusts; the others remain active for whatever's left.
Are bids binding?
Yes. When you click claim at the current Dutch price, the aircraft is yours and your deposit is committed. Same for auto-claims that trigger at your preset price. There's no walking back from a winning bid — the flight is yours. Make sure you actually want the trip before clicking.
Can brokers re-sell what they win?
Brokers and individuals are treated identically on day one — you win, the flight is yours, what you do with it is your business. We may segment broker workflows differently in the future, but at launch the rules are the same: no markup re-listing on the Empty Leg Club platform, but private resale to your own clientele is fine.
What happens to my deposit if I never win?
It sits in your account, untouched. We don't charge inactivity fees, monthly fees, or any other deposit-eroding nonsense. Withdraw the full balance any time via ACH — reconciled within 3 business days. The deposit exists to qualify your bids, not to lock up your money.
