Privacy policy

Empty Leg Club collects the minimum personal information necessary to operate the platform: account email, identity-verification documents (held by our KYC vendor, Stripe Identity), payment methods (held by Stripe), passenger manifest data (required for FAA Part 135 compliance), and product analytics that help us improve the service.

We never sell personal data. Passenger manifest details required for flight operations are shared with MiaJets Charters and the FAA as required by law. We retain operational data per Part 135 requirements. You may request deletion of non-required data at any time by emailing privacy@theemptylegclub.com.

The full GDPR/CCPA-compliant policy, including data subject rights, retention schedules, and processor list, is in counsel review and will be published before public signups open.
