Part 135 disclosure

All flights offered through Empty Leg Club are operated by MiaJets Charters, an FAA Part 135 air carrier (certificate XXXXX) operating two-pilot crews on every flight. MiaJets is ARGUS Gold rated and Wyvern Certified.

Empty Leg Club LLC is the platform operator and indirect air carrier; we do not own or operate aircraft, employ pilots, or hold an FAA operating certificate. Flight operations, dispatch, weather routing, crew scheduling, and aircraft maintenance are exclusively MiaJets responsibilities.

Federal Excise Tax (7.5% of equivalent retail value) and segment fees are collected per IRS rules and remitted by Empty Leg Club. Members and winning bidders receive a tax statement after each completed flight. Final disclosure language and broker/charter framing are in aviation counsel review.
