Terms of membership

These terms govern your membership in Empty Leg Club, operated by Empty Leg Club LLC in partnership with MiaJets Charters (FAA Part 135 air carrier).

Membership is a 12-month commitment regardless of billing cadence (annual upfront or monthly). Members pay only the federal excise tax and segment fees on flights they claim. Released claims enter Dutch auction; original claimers receive 50% of the gross clearing price. Memberships are individual and non-transferable; commercial flipping is prohibited and grounds for termination.
